“I’ve taken quite a few courses before and I have to say that I’m very pleased with this one. It’s clean and pretty, bright and airy, easy to read and comprehend, and had lots of good takeaways. I love the videos because it felt like a friend was talking to me. I printed all the exercises out and wrote directly on them and put them in a binder. I’ve looked back at it several times. She gives a lot of good tangible information, but she also hits you in the heart. I found myself tearing up on a few of them because I was so moved! Especially the one with my Inner Bestie and Inner Bully. It’s a very practical way to look at my thoughts which I really appreciate. Overall, I’m very happy with it.”
