If you constantly overthink, replay conversations, question yourself, or feel like your thoughts are running the show, you’re in the right place.  It’s designed for anyone who wants to shift from self-doubt and mental exhaustion into more confidence and a calmer inner world — without forcing positivity or pretending everything is fine.

  • The course is self-paced, and most people complete it in about 5 hours total. It’s intentionally broken into short, digestible modules so you can move through it in whatever pockets of time you have. If you only have 30 minutes, you can finish one, or maybe two, modules. If you have more time, you can move through several in one sitting!
