Frequently Asked Questions

Coaching Program

What can your coaching help me with?

This answer is very multi-dimensional, because so are you!  But generally speaking, because my coaching program gets to the root of how we show up in life, at work, and for ourselves, my clients see improvement in many areas. Work-life balance, personal development and growth, self-awareness, stress management, confidence, decision making, health and wellness, time management, resilience, overcoming challenges: so much can get better with guidance and support.

How is change different with your guidance compared to doing it on my own?

Change on your own can feel slow, frustrating, and uncertain — especially when your mind is busy, critical, or anxious. With my coaching, you have a guide to help you see patterns you might miss on your own, recognize your blind spots, and uncover the underlying blocks holding you back.  I provide structure, clarity, and accountability while honoring your nervous system, so the shifts you make aren’t forced or surface-level — they stick. In short, you move faster, with more confidence, and without the self-judgment that often sabotages progress.

Do I have to feel “perfect” or fully ready to begin?

Absolutely not.  In fact, coaching works best when you show up exactly as you are — curious, committed, and willing to explore what’s really happening beneath the surface.  Our relationship is all about honesty, guidance,  awareness, and creating a practical, sustainable path forward.  The one thing that my most successful clients had when they started was excitement — yes, mixed with some nerves, but a genuine eagerness to show up.  Change doesn’t require perfection — it requires presence, openness, and willingness to take the next step.

What is the structure of your coaching?

We meet twice a month for one-hour sessions at a consistent day and time that works for you. Each session is focused, intentional, and designed to create momentum between meetings.

If you’re participating in the program, you’ll have a pre-session exercise to complete. Our session will dive into what you discovered or experienced during that exercise, and together we’ll develop a clear action step for you to implement over the next two weeks. You’ll then move on to the next exercise in preparation for our following session.

No matter if you’re participating in the program or not, we will always find an action step for you to complete between sessions. This keeps the work actionable and sustainable, so you’re consistently moving forward while integrating insights at a pace that feels manageable and supportive.
